FAQs

1. Do you ship internationally?  Yes, the works shown here can be shipped to most countries worldwide. Customs duties are outside my scope however I do work hard to make sure all forms etc are filled correctly to ensure as smooth a shipment as possible.

2. Will I have to pay an import tax if I am in the US ? / Do the new US Tariff regulations (from August 2025) affect US orders? If you are ordering an original artwork from this site or Kate's studio then NO. No tariffs will be applied to original artworks under HS 9701 of the US code. We are familiar with the paperwork required to make this clear on all shipments. Note that limited edition/capsule collection items are not exempt from US tariffs.

2. What forms of payment do you take?  UK bank transfer (preferred but only available via manual orders (send me an email)), credit/debit card and Paypal are both options from this platform. All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP).

3. Can I visit your studio to look at a work myself?  With prior arrangement studio visits are usually possible; my studio is in North London. Please email me for more information. I do not take unscheduled visitors.

4. The work I wanted is 'sold out', will you be making another one like it?  Short answer 'maybe!'. Please contact me by email for more information. I do take on commissions from time to time for works over 100cm in size.

5. Where are your larger works - I don't see them here?  My works of 100cm and over are usually not listed on this platform because the packing/crating and courier/shipping etc costs cannot be calculated accurately here.
